Arthur

Arthur is a dog that first appeared in the Chuck Jones special Raggedy Ann and Andy in the Great Santa Claus Caper, and is a fan-favorite. I made the two of these to sell.

They use the Giraffe Plush pattern by Choly Knight, adjusted slightly to give him a smaller neck.

Time to add some of the iconic features of the character, such as his loop ears, collar, and patches.

For his tail, I braided togather several pieces of yarn for more structure.

Instead of doing wefts like I usually do, I chose to sew bundles of 4-5 pieces of yarn down at once. I don't think this makes much of a visual difference, so in the future I will likley stick to wefts.
